"Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been extremely frustrating. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and I’ve been hung up on multiple times. Even going into the store doesn’t help because they’re unable to resolve the issue and have to call someone else.

They have no problem calling you repeatedly when they want you to sign up, but once you actually need help, good luck getting someone to assist you. Very disappointing customer service."

"Unfortunately, you can never get anyone on the phone. All they do is hang up on you multiple times. Then, you can go into the store and try to talk to somebody but they can’t do anything. They just call somebody else. Extremely rude customer service… They will call you every single day 24 seven to get you signed up but once you need something, good luck trying to find someone to talk to."
